Main Level Rates:          May-September: $150/night; $850/week; $2800/month
                      October-April: $125/night; $700/week; $2500/month

Lower Level Rates:        May-September:   $120/night; $650/week; $1600/month
                      October-April:    $90/night; $495/week; $1320/month

Whole House Rates:       May-September: $240/night; $1250/week; $3600/month
                      October-April: $180/night; $900/week; $2500/month

These rates do not include the 7% Montana Lodging Tax. Stays over 30 days are not subject
to the 7% Lodging Tax.

General Terms
We require a two night minimum stay. A deposit of 1/2 of the amount of your stay is required to hold
your room. Extended stays are eligible for a discount.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy, i.e. if we receive notice that you will not be able to make use of
your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. If
you are unable to give a 30 day cancellation notice we will make every effort to book your dates and
refund those dates back to you. Guests must list a credit card for the $200 damage deposit, which will
not be charged unless damage expenses are incurred.

This is a non-smoking establishment. We are sorry that we cannot accept your pets.

Payment
We prefer cash, checks or money orders but also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover credit cards. Please do not write directly to the Guest House.
